Team vodafone,
I am using your sim since 2009 and have not faced network issue before.

I request you to please improve network availability in new ashok nagar, c block area, specially at ground floor level.

Not only me this involves many vodafone consumers.

I don't want to change my network nor relocate.

Please do needful as soon as possible.

Now this network issue has been my headache die to work from home due to COVID-19.

I am not able to contact my team as well as any contacts only due to this issue of in availability of network.

Please resilve it as soon as possible.

Last time I got two calls from your team end and they are assuring only that it will be resolved.

Please provide good service.

Why are you misguiding me thst-
1. We have solved it.
2. Our team has visited location.
3. Your complain is forwarded to concerned person.
4. We are doing our best.
5. Please wait a while.

Please don't make fool at least your consumers.
It is about to complete three months and your Vodafone team is helpless in this regard.

Shame on your service.

I have Vodafone plan of 199 which have 1GB/day. So when I turn on my data (not in roaming) my internet works slowly like 2G but I have selected LTE in network type...so give solution to me otherwise I have some better options like Airtel, Jio...
