Vodafone India — network issues | |||
We at manyata tech park are facing pathetic network from almost 6 months now. Constantly we have been complaining and the customer care executive says that the network team will either call or visit to check on the issue and that has not happened till date. Off late we are getting edge network in our facility, in the generation where everyone is talking about 5g, vodafone is providing 2g to their customers. Shame on them that they are unable to resolve this issue from more than 6 months. Every executive's opening statement would be that vodafone is merging with idea and so the issue is happening but technically that should enhance the bandwidth and not shrink it. Day by day its getting only worse and no where we are seeing any efforts from vodafone to retain their customers on acting upon the issue. Most o[censored]s spend maximum time at work and if network is bad at work place, i don't see the necessity of having phones or smart phones specifically as even calls are not being connected due to network issues. I have been using vodafone for more than 10 years now and never expected such service from them. I am not recommending everyone to port from vodafone as jio is providing better customer service and network than vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||
