Vodafone India — network issues

The internet services/data services on vodafone mobile number is not working during evenings from 6pm to 12 am. This is happening from past 15 days.

This is the reply received.

Dear customer, with reference to your network complaint c004-[protected], we are sorry to inform you that your location is not covered adequately by our network at the moment. However, we have noted your concern as we strive to continuously improve our network.
If network is not adequately covered how its working during day time and not in evenings???
