Vodafone India — NEtwork Problem | |||
Hi I am writing this mail after requesting for so many times to resolve Vodafone network coverage issues in my area.I am a loyal customer of vodafone more than 10 years.Also i have been using three vodafone postpaid numbers [protected] /[protected] & [protected] . I Never defaulted on my bills ever. For past 6 months there is an issue of Vodafone network - signal is very very poor and call dropping also in my area. There have the issue no signals inside the house.many times i raised this into your customer care executives and not yet it cleared.Even i made complaint through the Vodafone shop and through customer care, upto 6th January 2017 but they are not respond for my complaint. But i want to know why is the reason behind it and why vodafone cant take any action on it. Is it business policy of vodafone, without satisfying customers service but emphasis on earning profit.Again i request you to resolve this issues as early as possible.
