Vodafone India — New Number activation

Hi i am Manish . its been 3 weeks that i bought my number. there has been no call for verification or physical verification of my id. i am fed up of this behavior from vodafone, whenever i make a call on my number, the auto tone says " this number has been temporarily out of service " .

please activate my number. my number.

plz take action on it as soon as possible. I am already using 3 vodafone numbers from 2007.
