[Resolved] Vodafone India — no way to inquiry about postpaid plan to buy | |||
I was interested to buy a postpaid plan from vodafone (999 plan), so i called them at [protected] from my airtel mobile. There was an option "interested in new postpaid plan" under that pressing 9 transfer the call to agent. And interestingly i tried 5 times and each time its transferred to prepaid dept and they said they can not do anything, they cant even transfer this call to postpaid. Even in their website details about their plans are not mentioned. With such a pathetic service its better to go for airtel postpaid plan. Was this information helpful? | |||
