Vodafone India — Nobody helped in last one month | |||||
I am using my vodafone current postpaid number from last 7 year. 2 weeks back i bought a new vodafone postpaid for my parents. Which got deactivated stating there is some outstanding on my 5 years older number which i'm not using anymore. I paid that bill last time (5years back) when my current no was deactivated. Today they want me to show the proof or a recipiet of that bill. Come on guys nobody keeps 5 years older bills with them. Try to understand the fact if i wouldn't have paid that bill how my current number was activated and i was able to use this number. I have done above 20 calls to vodafone about this issue. Someone told me to visit store they will help me and when i went to store they asked me to call call centre because they can not find anything. I spoke to several supervisors or managers everyone assured me a call back or solution in 24-48 hrs no one helped me or called me as promised. Today i had a final conversation with mr mukesh from their escalation team who said i never paid it i will have to pay or they will disconnect my this current no also. Come on guys this is not done. I am highly disappointed bcz of the problem i have from you guys. I have already requested my bank to send me all my older bank statements if i find the transaction for the same i will see i in court for giving me such a hard time. If you guys did not update your systems for my paid amount it's not my problem why i am suffering for all this.
