[Resolved] Vodafone India — Non receipt of recharge amount in sim no:[protected] | |||
Dear sir, We make rechage online by sbi debit card on 13.Jan-2014. Pos no. Is 00005077 and txn#[protected]. But we do not get amount in our sim from monday till today friday. We call help line and they tolerate the same and suggest us tro go to our nearest vodafone stores. After that we went to vodafone store and their person says us that they can do nothing for this. I[censored] can do some thing pls help and solve our problame of recharge amount. Thanking you. Verified Support Jan 20, 2014 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hello Yogesh, We request you to check your registered email ID as there was an email send by our team regarding the cancellation of your online transaction of Rs.300 on 13th Jan'14 and we haven't received the amount yet. Please note that any unsuccessful transaction debiting a certain amount will be credited back to your bank account within a duration of 7 working days. If the same hasn't been done, we request you to share the bank statement dated 13th Jan'14 so that we can address your concerns further. Thanks for getting in touch with us.
