Vodafone India — non refund of my security deposit against mobile number [protected]

This to complain against the non payment of my security deposit which as supposed to refunded to me a lot earlier.
My customer relationship number was 16620805. And its more than 3 months that i am waiting for it and if it is not refunded as soon as possible i shall go for consumer court and other legal action.
