Vodafone India — not able to send port message | |||
Hi, My number is continuously being charged on daily and weekly basis for vakue added service though none of them are activated by me. The customer care executive first assure to refund the balance on calling them. But no balance is refunded, on again calling them they refuse to return balance. This has been going on for quite a while now. So, i was plannning to port out from vodafone services to some other operater but to do so i am not able to send port message from my number and no care executive is available to take the call too. I guess they have intentionally blocked the port message on my number and not providing me the option to speak to customer care executive too. All other messages are successfully delivering though. Only problem is with this port message which they have blocked. Please take suitable action. Number is[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
