Vodafone India — not allowing to port number | |||
I have been requesting for porting my number from mumbai circle to kerela circle since a week as i have moved to kerela. I want to link my aadhar with mobile number but i am not able to do it because i am still in vodafone mumbai circle. I was suggested to send the port request via message which keeps on failing, so i visited the vodafone store and got to know that i need to activate roaming. Even after activating roaming, i was not able to send the port message and now vodafone guys are suggesting me to go back to mumbai and send port request since i am on roaming in kerela. I have my number linked to my bank accounts, email accounts and many other places. I am not receiving any help from vodafone on this matter so far and i am really disappointed with their service. When i call on their customer care numbers (198 and 199), they disconnect the call as soon as they get to know it is about porting.
