Vodafone India — not providing services on phone no. [protected] and threatening to stop even the incoming on non payment of bill

We have been paying vodafone bills quite before due date in spite of they not providing proper services and network. We have written to their ceo mr. Sunil sood, their md mr. Balesh sharma and all other senior officials wherein they have acknowledged their inability to provide the network (In writing) but stopped our outgoing facitlity on non payment of single bill. We have suffered huge damages due to their autocratic and monopolistic behavior. They are not even ready to port our number [protected] to another service provider. They are not replying continuously on why should we pay the bill when their staff has acknowledged and confirmed in writing on their inability to provide the services.

Please help.
