Vodafone India — not received any money after recharge | |
Port is on 13 feb 2018 while 2nd recharge that is on 13th march 2018 pack of 229 no money is received but the recharge is showing successful please provide help by doing something my number is [protected] please do something either give me 229 rupees in cash or in the form of recharge both will do but 229 rupees going in total waste of customer is not right since i hve recently ported it will get more difficult for me to trust the sim services waiting for your eager help and the image shows that the recharge is successful but no money is received

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 12, 2018 Sanjeev Synremz's response What makes things so complicated that the company cannot fixed the issue even for a new Vodafone simcard .. Why everytime I cannot recharge my phone..It's always showing the results #cannot be processed..am tired of this

I take 499 plans but they Activate there plans without my permission and also they consistently increase my credit limit now my bill is 1300+ what to do.

My Bill break up states a charge of VAS INR 6 and Other charges of INR 50. I have no clue what this is for. This has happened earlier as well, there was an internet mobile charge of iNR 400 few months ago. I thought I might have used it.
I cannot use my vodafone since 10 a.m this morning, i restarted my phone twice, even checked the sim, still not working. I asked my maid who is using the same service, but she told me her vodafone is working perfectly. My vodafone number is [protected].

I have recently got ported to Vodafone postpaid from Airtel Postpaid and am not able to receive OTP from any online services. Kindly help. Its very urgent.
