[Resolved] Vodafone India — not received any notification of vas and disabled outgoing calls, balance went in minus | |||
Hello team, Date of the incident: 7th nov 2019 Vodafone prepaid user : [protected] Description: Today when i landed to india (Sim home location) then suddenly my outgoing calls are disabled and when i get in touch with customer care support from their toll free numbers then i get to know that as my balance went in minus which is rs. -561.52 even though i am prepaid user (When vodafone doesn't provide basic outgoing calls/sms sevice when you don't have any balance or respective package activated, but charing for vas for which you don't have balance) When i have asked details about this minus balance then customer care informs me that as i have travelled outside the india they have charged international roaming vas for sms for every message which was sending/receiving. When i get unnecessary notifications from vodafone about best sevices they are offering for the customers they care for, then why i haven't received a single notification saying this vas service they are charging for??? I would have disabled immediatly and might have reported to customer care about this incident. When i asked this question to customer care they said "yes, this is something which is supposed to happen but why it didn't happened they are not sure. Customer care was not even ready to register my complaint, it means you agree their is bug in your system and you don't accept any complaints for this issue. I request you to please revert all these unnecessary charges which you have applied on my account and enable my outgoing calls/sms services asap. This is very disappointing service from such a reputed company in communication area, where to claim to help customers. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
