Vodafone India — offer provided but gave wrong benefits

I have received offer on 1st November evening in Rs 343 (1 gb data per day and unlimited call) but when I recharge Vodafone credited balance in my account and CSL asked that this offer not for you.
And now I check offer (*121#) and show offer of rs 147 12gb data and activated but Vodafone created only 1.5 gb data. And I also send screen shots of offers but they not give any reply and my customer care line also blocked.
