Vodafone India — online recharge fraud | |||||
I had done vodafone online recharge of 35 rupees on 8 jan 2019 on 10:30pm. Money is deducted from my account but money is not recharged to my vodafone number. And money is not refunded to my account. Reference id 25695182. I had talked to customer care regarding this matter but customer care person said that it will take 5days to refund. They are not concern about customer service and complaint.
