I am having vodafone prepaid connection in mumbai circle.
Now, from 13/12/2018 vodafone has stopped my outgoing calls and customer care is telling me to recharge mandatorily with rs.199 onwards pack, failing which they will stop my incoming calls too in next 15 days.
How teleco can mandate customer to recharge with such higher packs?
In order to keep sim card working it has to be recharged in certain period with any amount, that is understandable. But now how can they recover there losses like this from customer? Was this information helpful? |
