[Resolved] Vodafone India — outgoing & incoming barred | |||
Dear sir, I am a customer of vodafone india prepaid (Gujarat). My number is [protected]. Many time ago i have recharged with a life time validity. But recently my outgoing calls are barred & incoming will also barred from 21 dec 18. I am receiving sms from vodafone that you have to recharge for every month to active your connection. I called to 198 for my complaint but customer executive told me that i have to recharge with minimum 35 rs for every 28 days to continue my services. As of now i am having the balance of rs.97 so there is also no problem of some minimum balance, how can they block my calls. Why should i recharge for validity because my number has a lifetime validity. Company has already provided me lifetime validity earlier. Now in 2018 company is changing the rule of validity.
