[Resolved] Vodafone India — outgoing validity expired not able send sim port message too | |||||
Hello vodafone, I have purchased the sim with lifetime validity and even when my mobile has balance i can't do outgoing calls. Could you please let me know what kind of regulation is this? Is it a trai regulation and as per trai norms or simply you have implemented it. I just want to port to jio now. But i can't even send messages. Well done. It's a clear case of loot. Don't worry i will just recharge but for sure do porting to better service provider which doesn't have this nonsense. I will also lodge a complaint about it to trai.
