Vodafone India — over charge in billing to be reversed | |||
I had put in a request to vodafone regarding internet charges which i had not availed on 16th sep 2017. To which they replied that they agree that charges were not in line and would reverse the same within 24 hours. It is 26th sep today and still those charges have not been reversed, despite me calling customer care multiple times since last few days.
