Vodafone India — Overbilling | |||||
On 2 numbers I had taken a Gulf ISD pack under which I was promised that call charges of Rs.2.99 per minute will be charged. Upon checking on myvodafone I realised that actual charges being charged are nearly 4 times the charges promised and immediately raised the matter with customer care and relationship manager via phone and email. Both responded to wait for the bill wherein the adjustment will be made. Unfortunately, the bill amount was also escalated since then I have been following up with Vodafone for more than a month now and escalated the matter to their nodal office also but still no response. They do not seem to be bothered about this. I am thinking of filing with TRAI and/or Consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||||
