Vodafone India — Pathetic and Unexpected by Vodafone Customer care. | |||||
I Am really pissed off by such a service given by Vodafone.I think u are one the most trusted company... I went to this Vodafone store in santacruz west and they don't have a desensy of talking to a customer or to a female. They make u wait for almost 2hrs and then I speak to a rep called sheetal I told her I want to get a trsfr from postpaid to prepaid.because of the incorrect charges and false commitments u give to make customers fool. Then I speak to the manager of the store and Kartik a rep who says that we cannot help u with this.They said u have to pay the entire bill amount and only then u can get a prepaid card. I think this really doesn't make sense when u tell them the charges are incorrect and still they want u too pay the bill.
