Vodafone India — pathetic service and not listening to my query rude behaviour of colleague | |||
First i had 3gb internet for a month when i came to uttar pradesh azamgarh. My sim belongs to bangalore. I was suffering from bad data connection and network i waited for few days and after 10-15 days of bad network usage i logged a complaint to 198. I also mention regarding bad internet and many a times no network connection at all. It might be on 17 july. They asked me to wait for 3 days i waited there. Then they called me after 3 days n i told them it is same and asked for extension of validity of my data pack on which the supervisor talked rudely to me. I was supposed to get a callback which i didn’t get and the validation got over, i changed the data plan this tym and recharge with 1gb data per day. I haven’t received proper signal neither data network my sim gets no network it only works when i switch it off n then on. Even on flight mode on there is no proper network.in total i have made 3 times complain. Prayer: i want extension in my data plan also better network my dad has airtel which is working super net.
