Vodafone India — phone bill issue | |||
I requested a port out from vodafone and i got a call from their service agent. I was upset on my very high phone bill of around 4000 every month, while my only expense was on data and people on vodafone were getting the same amout of data at much lesser price (One of my colleague was paying 499 monthly for 30 gb while i was paying 1999 monthly for 20 gb). I told her my problem and she assured me that she had activated a 30 gb plan for 499. But still at the month end i got 3898 bill, on checking with them they are saying the 499 plan got activated on top of your existing plan which was 1999, which she didnt deactivate neither told me to. Deactivate. Hence i will have to pay the full amount according to vodafone. I am really pissed off on the false committments given by these guys. I am since then asking them to take out that call recording and listen to what she had promised. Look at the shamefulness of these guys that when someone raised a high bill query to them, they instead of trying to reduce it, added 499 more to the billing amount. I really want to take them to court and its not about money, i was such dacoit companies to pay for their cheating. How to proceed, please suggest. Was this information helpful? | |||
