[Resolved] Vodafone India — Phone blocked despite of all payments | |||||
Please refer the chain of trailing mails in this regard. I am surprised by the ignorance shown by Vodafone in this regard. My [protected] number of corporate plan was blocked in Feb 17 due to non-payment of bill of May 2016. I visited Vodafone gallery in Thane & asked for duplicate bill. Also all subsequent payments of that number have been made by me on SMS those were sent. After that I raised the complaint with corporate assist. They sent me duplicate bills by email on 2nd April 2017. The said pending amount INR 549 is of May 2016 for which I received bill on 12th April 2017. This and other bills were never sent to me earlier but still after May 2016 I have made all the payments. The greatest irony is the unpaid bill number is still working now where as my [protected] & [protected](Data card) is blocked although their bills are not pending. When there is a delay of 1 day in bill payment, Vodafone charges INR 100 as fine but when there is lapse from Vodafone of 11 months in delivering the bill my numbers are blocked. No one can remember whether eleven month back the payment is done or not.I need to check all my credit card statements, bank accounts for payment. The lapse of vodafone is not punished but the customer is made to suffer. Also Vodafone has not bothered to response to trailing mails Was this information helpful? | |||||
