Vodafone India — poor phone network at home | |||
All my family connections are vodafone due to this i am facing terrible problems. I signal at my home is terrible and close to nil. For the last 5 - 6 months i have been making complaints about bad connectivity at home. I have made many many online complaints and phone calls. I am now close to being fed up and i am in undue agony because i am never able to connect to my family members whenever they are home. Whenever i am home nobody is able to make calls to me as i am unreachable most of the time. I am now really upset that vodafone which prides itself in service is not able to sort out problems which are 6 months old in spite of many many reminders. Please let me know what else to do. If vodafone lets me know that they cannot sort the problem i will sort them our by porting all my connections. I have 6 lines Was this information helpful? | |||
