Mobile number[protected] Dear apellate & vodafone team Awaiting revert and solution Reminder 6 Mr shahrukh from vodafone what happen now it is more than 3 months i am following on for just small network issue now what the excuse You all said in 3 months time new tower will be coming in my home address area what happened it is more than 4 months now???! This is seriously pathetic service form vodafonre now you people even have stopped responding I regret that we have given a chance to vodafpne at our seawoods grand central mall for network and other serivice even we have taken group corportae plan for all our employee for vodafone plan Still such poor service and pathetic response to customers really shocking Was this information helpful? | |||

I had recharged Rs. 1000 with unlimited validity on 19 November and again for Rs. 1000 on 22 November. Available balance is more than Rs. 2000 but still out going is stopped since 21 November, 2018

Is charging Rs 35 extra to continue our membership every month.
Before few days it was not like this.
They are exploiting us. If we didn't recharge for a such amount they will discontinued our incoming call also.
Please do something to protect ourselves.
