Vodafone India — port out blocking

My portout is blocking by vodafone. I am trying to last a month, but vodafone exuctive do not solve my problem. I was went two times in vodafone custmor care office in karnal. I am trying to port message to 1900 but everytime the result is zero. All the exuctive said same answer.
I am very hopefully person and i hope you help me. So i request to you solve my problem immedatily
