Iam a customer my no was [protected] post paid i wanted to do mnp but after repetedly telling the company and calling them they told to clear the bill i cleared the bill but then also they didnt let m go to other network said m u have done mnp before clearing ur bill i told them see the upc code which i got is valid for 15 days so whers the problem they told no u cant do like dis i told ill never pay ny penalty for dis silly things mailed them i have copy of mail still they didnt let m do mnp and kept increasing my bill and 1 day called m, i got tired of saying them and i stopped the no please help m asap.
