Hi, i requested to close my connection on 16th july, 2017 as i dont want to use it. I send mail to corporate. Wb and vodafonecare. Wb. But inspite of that the connection has not been closed yet and i am getting bills for it? Why this is happening? Why i am getting further bills. I told in that mail that i will not be liable to pay it as it was your negligency.
I want the response why this is not closed even i got a call ffom cc and i was told that cc is sjspending it. But not done. Why?
