[Resolved]  Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid

I went on 17 aug, 2019 on vodafone gallery thane for post paid to prepaid. I paid 165 rs extra and new prepaid card rs.254 but not done my no post paid to prepaid, for 17 aug i went to gallary 4 time but till date not convert my no. I give online complaint but not solve it recently i went to gallary on 3 rd sep i paid again rs.85 they told me the no will be convert within 48 hrs. But till date my is not converted.. My no.
