[Resolved] Vodafone India — prepaid service | |||
Worst customer care service. Hoping to port out soon. There have been multiple instances of me recharging my data pack and it expiring withing 8 days even though it is supposed to be valid for 28 days. Random instances of them discontinuing my outgoing calls although my talk time balance isn't zero. Customer care operative reiterate the same lines Everytime a call to complain is made.
