[Resolved]  Vodafone India — reactivation of out going messaging service.

My outgoing messaging has been blocked moment after i talked to vodafone customers care about porting to other networks due to very poor service and also pathetic customer service. Please reactivate my messaging out going service.
Moreover vodafone regularly after some time activate those services which i have never heard of neither i have subscribed it.
Vodafone customer care are liars and cheaters and never give any rational answer.
