[Resolved] Vodafone India — recharge | |||
Dear sir, Buy mistakenly i have recharge on my number ([protected]) but i want to recharge on my another number ([protected]) but now since my recharge is 399 hence my plan has changed were it was earlier plan 509. Which was 1.5 gb net but due to new recharge my plan has changed so i am getting 1gb net, So you give me the my old plan as well refund my money.in any way. I have already raise my complain to customer complaint but now they are saying we can not give service and you can port also. But as i am loyal customer from past 12 year i want to use ur service but if does not get resolve i will complain on customer forum So kindly do the needful Waiting for promp reply.
