Vodafone India — recharge | |||
Greetings, I’m nikhil yadav, consumer of vodafone idea service. Yesterday on 28th march i recharged my phone around 1pm with the amount of 599₹ on my prepaid number [protected]. I made the payment through sbi yono app, the amount was deducted and it showed that recharge was successful. Till now i have not received any message from vodafone that my internet pack has been activated. I also tried to call the customer care but they are making us fool that our customer care executives will be available between 9am to 9pm everyday. They are not picking, i tried to write them a mail and they send me an auto reply which doesn’t make any sense. I also tried making a complaint on their vodafone app but there is no such direct option, except for faq’s and auto replying bots. Finally i am writing this mail to you, please take a serious action regarding that. I’m attaching the transaction detail along with the mail, please check that.
