[Resolved] Vodafone India — recharge not done amount debited from my bank account.10 days over but till no refund | |||
I did recharge through my vodafone app dated on 19th aug for twice for amount rs 143. both times failed but amount rs 143 debited from my bank account for times.10 days over but refund not done. i have all records like screenshots, account statements. i contacted vodafone too many times regarding this issue through phone and mail but nothing happen.they provide different information on different time and from different person. some of they saying recharge is done and some of they saying refund is done. but nothing happen. i want to go to take legal action against vodafone. please guide me. Sep 19, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Company nothing did. I got refund automatically after 25 days of transaction. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
