Vodafone India — recharge unsuccessful, balance deducted twice. | |||||
Hello sir, I recharged my vodafone number using the following site- https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/easy-online-recharge.jsp Recharge was of free call+data for 28 days pack for 349 indian rupees on 4th january, 2018 via internet banking services. My account balance got deducted for the same but i didn't get any plans activated on my mobile. The same issue happened in my previous recharge of same package on 5th december, 2017 after which i contacted the customer service. They said that it wasn't updated in their system and i will get my refund, even though the previous recharges on myvodafone app showed the recharge of 348 indian rupees. I had to recharge it again. I still haven't received the refund in my account and the same thing happened again. I request you for the refund of balance i did not get. Was this information helpful? | |||||
