[Resolved] Vodafone India — redx plan | |||
My mother by mistake activated this plan on vodafone app. Earlier she was using 399/- per month plan. Now customer care is not ready to roll back to earlier plan and saying that if i change, i have to pay rs. 3000 as exit fee. I have written many emails to customer care that we are not using any benefits offered in this plan such as netflix etc and dont need this plan but they are not listening. Every time they are replying that i have to pay 3000/- exit fee if i leave redx plan. When customer is saying that clicking on your app was a mistake and dont want this service, why vodafone is trying to fleece exit charges. Is n't it a kind of cyber fraud and extortion?? No it is not. noone from vodafone reached out about this complaint and even no response received on my multiple emails and reminders. vodafone is duping its customers with this RedX plan which is nothing less than a cyber fraud in my view.
