[Resolved] Vodafone India — refund cheque not sent to my home | |||
I have switched my mobile phone service provider from vodafone to airtel. It is postpaid connection and vodafone has verified my address when i took the connection. Shockingly i received email that my cheque could not be delivered to my correct address as address could not be located. First of all this is the same address that i received my aadhar card, voter id. How come they could not deliver my cheque. This is a classic cheating for taking revenge by corporate company They did not even mention courier tracking number and neither the courier service ever contacted me to deliver my cheque. Aug 27, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks to consumer complaint board, for providing me this channel. This helped me to get my cheque, otherwise it would have been long gone.
