Vodafone India — refund delays and harassment by vodafone | |
[protected]. I as postpaid user paid double when i was told to pay the monthly payment since no one told me how much exactly to pay. I was frustrated by quality of services and ported out from vodafone. I followed up for refund.. They make excuses to eat money.. Ones person said refund cheque came back.. Another said my account is closed cannot create cheque.. Another said it is reaching you in 7 days... Another said it will reach in 10 days... This all was in a span of 2 weeks. Ported out in august.. I got cheque in january with wrong details and cheque bounced. I reached bussnesssupport since with advice their email was given when i reached out yo them they reply they are not correct contact i should visit local vodafone store.. Its a non progressive org it seems instead of giving phone number or email they are sending client to stores for physical appearance... It seems its not an mnc but a shop. And they have harassed me to the hilt delayed payments i have reasons to believe tbey eat money.. Harass and do not refund but delay harass agonise and make money without following lawful ethics.
