Vodafone India — Refund of Rs 3289.05 charged mistakenly by vodafone for mobile number -[protected] | |||||
I am holding a corporate number- [protected] over a ten years and I am regularly pay the bill on time at my own. the mode of payment has been set through my HDFC Bank Credit Card by Auto smart pay system. On dated 11.06.2017 my bill was generated only Rs 600.30 while vodafone has charged Rs 3289.05. I told to customer care for this and they asked me to write the email at- 'corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com' which i did on 23.06.2017. after a couple of hour I got as call from vodafone from the number- +[protected] and give me options i.e. 1) Either they will adjust the excess amount in coming months or 2) I will pay Rs 600.30 only then they can refund the full amount of Rs 3289.05 in next 48 hours. I choose the 2nd option and immediately paid Rs 600.30 and send email today to 'corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com' with the acknowledgement of the Receipt of the payment of Rs 600.30 for the full refund of Rs 3289.05. I shocked, when I got the reply on email from 'corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com' by saying that please ask your company's authorised signatory to confirm the same for the refund. I am paying my bills at my own and vodafone had never asked my company to charge extra amount of Rs 3289.05 then why the consent of my company required to give me my refund of Rs 3289.05 I request you to help me to get my refund without any delay.
