Vodafone India — regarding balance deduction

Dear sir/madam,
My balance of 32 ₹ was deducted without any reason .l am unsatisfied with this.l want my money back .The customer care services also not responding . These unknown activities made disturbance in my work spending time.Please give the immediate solution.
