Vodafone India — regarding disconnection of my father's vodafone postpaid connection | |||
My father is visiting vodafone store in karad to deactivate his postpaid connection for [protected] since 02-apr-2018 and he paid approx. 130 rupees on 2nd april and vodafone executive told him that you're in que and may take longer time than 2 days to deactivate the number. Till date my father has visited the vodafone store for 5-6 times and yet waiting to deactivate the connection. The vodafone executive denied to provide copy of deactivation request and i'm sitting in mumbai afraid of whether they have actually disconnected the number or not. Please take stringent actions on the vodafone store, karad, dist - satara, maharashtra Was this information helpful? | |||
