Vodafone India — Regarding no internet access & balance deducted from mobile | |||
I am rupesh from pune, i was recharge unlimited internet pack on 5th may 2017 on my vodafone number i. E. [protected]. From last 4 days i am not able to access internet from my sim. I was tried more than 15 times to customer care but they are sending only gprs, apn names & bla bla bla. Yesterday at early morning my all account balance also deducted from you. Very worst service you are providing. Now i tried to call on 198, 111, [protected] but they are rejecting my calls. What to do now? Was this information helpful? | |||
