Vodafone India — Regarding Vodafone service | |||
Hi sir, This is to notify you that we have 8 Vodafone postpaid connections out of which one is used as broadband sim[protected] under the company name Sri balaji traders. We seemed to have a very poor broadband service from the time we got ur service and even after making a lot of complaints during bill payments the service was yet very poor. Due to the poor service we planned to stop using the broadband and we haven't payed the bill for the month of February. Your people from Vodafone reminded us about the bill delay and we explained them our issue but inspite of solving it they made a legal complain which is totally unfair because we can't pay for things in which we did not get service. They should have informed us before they make a legal move. So I request your higher authorities to look into the issue and again if this continues to be an unresolvable issue we would further proceed to publicise your bad service in social media websites which you will regret for in future.so please do contact us and do the needful From Baskar .k [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
