Your no calls & sms to plan change. You personally change my rental plan, it's not good. Vodafone it's very repeate company. I have very long time your customer. So you see this problem carelly.. Solve this problem fast...

Amount of 49 been deducted from my balance stating as lifestyle pack been activated.This type of fraudulent activity is completely not acceptable and it is zero tolerance.

I want this need to be actioned immediately and my needs to be refunded soon
