Vodafone India — repeated complaint about network issue | |||
I had repeatedly complained to vodafone regarding poor network inside my premises and first time when i made a complaint they tried reaching in my number and closed the case making statement as i'm not reachable, That is the problem i'm complaining about, there is no network inside my premises which is very open and in groundfloor without any hindrance, vodafone support team is not bothered in sorting our my issue. The attitude of vodafone is much worse. Also i had ported my recently shut aircel numbers to vodafone believing better service but they are worse than aircel. We have four vodafone connection at home with following number [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected]. Vodafone is taking too much of time for responding to service complaint.
