[Resolved]  Vodafone India — roaming not activated

A recharge of 145/- done on my prepaid vodafone no. On reaching a destination abroad 99/- was deducted for activation of roaming facility still my calling facility was not started and all my incoming and outgoing calls was barred. On complaining at the customer care all false information was provided by the executives due to which my balance amount was deducted. No one has a concrete answer as to why my roaming facility was inactive. At the store gallery they tell me to approach the circle from where the card had been purchased. Still my no is inactive after several conversation with the customer care.
