[Resolved] Vodafone India — sending monthly invoices in spite of non usage of services and repeatedly following up for cancellation of services | |||||
Please note, i was using vodafone data services with the number [protected]. I had made the complete payment in the month of december as to whatever was pending and have sent emails and called up vodafone executives to cancel the services. In spite of the fact, i have been getting monthly e-bills and am getting constant calls for paying them. This is a heightened case of irresponsibility and callousness. Please look into the issue.
