[Resolved] Vodafone India — Service by vodafone for ported sim | |||||
Hello Team, I just ported my Idea SIM to Vodafone. My SIM is activated and deactivated by Vodafone by saying some comments about address. Even I am using another Vodafone SIM with same address. Now they are not activating my SIM and not allowing me to port my SIM till 3 months. My complaint is either they should allow me to Port my connection or it should be activated without any delay. I have visited and talked as much as possible. We are paying for service not for tortured. We want service without any tension if they can't provide just give clarification for the same and we will take care for that. But should not deactivate SIM without any information. Now If I try to call their they misbehaved with me by saying we can't do anything for you. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 16, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Its not resolved yet. you are only making fool to the customer. you people don't know about your company or you are trained to make fool your customer from Vodafone. Everyone told a different thing. why ? Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
